Notice of 2024 HOA Monthly Dues
The Erwin Village HOA Board of Directors voted to approve an increase to the Monthly HOA Dues for the Erwin Village Community for 2024 to $176.00 per month. This amount (made payable to Erwin Village HOA) will continue to be due on or before the 1st day of each month in 2024. Any monthly payment not received by the Management Company, not postmarked, but physically received before the last day of the month the payment is due will be assessed a late penalty each month until the balance is paid in full.
Credit / Debit Card and Electronic Check payments may be made through this website. Convenience / Processing fees apply.
